This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us (for example, by applying for and/or receiving any funding as part of our scholarship philanthropy; accessing our website; viewing our video, podcasts, and other content; and using or interacting with our social media channels (collectively, we refer to all of these products as The Dylan Matz Foundation or our “Products” in this Privacy Policy), unless a different policy is displayed. Unless otherwise noted, our Products are provided by The Dylan Matz Foundation in the United States. 

If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our Products or interact with any other aspect of our organization.  

Where we provide the Products under contract with an organization (for example your high school, or prospective college or university) that organization controls the information processed by the Products.
